Published by The Whittington Press in 1980. 1st edition. Folio. Number 38 from the edition of 150 printed by John and Rosalind Randle and Miriam Macgregor. A portfolio with 34 loose plates, some of which were unused by Nicholson in the original editions. All apart from four of these plates were printed from the original woodblocks. Where these woodblocks were missing, they were printed from line blocks made from Nicholson's hand-printed portfolio edition of 'London Types'. Also included is a handbook to accompany the plates in n edition of 225 copies, signed by Edward Craig. The portfolio is very slightly rubbed, but this is a very near fine, tight, clean copy.
